Navajo Weaving Techniques student

Navajo Weaving Techniques: Learn with Diné instructors Jennie Slick and Gloria Begay.   Beginners will learn plain and stripe weaving and joining techniques.  Intermediate students will build on their knowledge to make more perfect joins, plan designs, and learn about the textile market.   Both beginner and intermediate students will learn how to prevent and manage problems as they arise.

Weavers’ Winter Resort and Heard Museum Indian Market Navajo Weaving Boot Camp in Mesa Arizona (March 3-7, 2021)

The Weaving in Beauty Boot Camp Team (Jennie Slick, Gloria Begay, Liz Munk, and Mary Walker) will be bringing our Navajo Weaving Boot Camp class to Mesa, Arizona, on March 3-7, 2021 with our tenth (!) Phoenix area boot camp.  We will be able to accommodate up to 10 students and will be offering three tracks (just like those fancy-schmancy conferences do).
