Presenting 16 Worsted by Urth Yarns, named for its extra-fine 16-micron merino wool base and offered in a wide tonal range of 65 shades. We carry only a few of the colors available right now. Urth markets this as a knitting yarn, but it has attracted interest from tapestry weavers because of the color range and the ability to split the plies easily to form a tapestry bundle.
The yarn is spun and hand-dyed in Turkey. Urth Yarns plants a tree in Africa for each skein that is purchased.
