These Sun hats are from the company African Market Basket, a fair trade company based in Boulder, Colorado. The hats themselves are made in the Bolgatanga region of Ghana from elephant grass, the same fiber they use to make their market baskets. Each hat is handmade and there is a lot a variation in patterns and colors.
