INidog is one of the oldest dyes used for coloring fabrics and the one still used today to color blue jeans. This distinctive blue dye still provides one of the most wondrous and rewarding dyeing experiences available to any dyer.

Jacuard’s Pre-reduced Indigo Dye easily mixes with water and makes setting up and indigo vat practically effortless.

Dyes more than 15 shirts!

Kit contains:

-20 g pre-reduces indigo dye

-50 g reducing agent (sodium hydrosulfate) 

• 100 g soda ash
• 1 pair of gloves 
• 2 wood blocks
• 2 wooden sticks
• rubber bands (2 sizes)
• quick start instructions
• instruction booklet with tying patterns and a historical/cultural overview of indigo

You’ll need to supply: 

• 5 gal/18.93 L bucket with lid
• long stick for stirring
• natural fabrics or yarn
• water

Kit will dye more than 15 yds/5 lbs (2.27 kg) of fabric or 15 shirts. 

Fun for ages 8 and up! Adult supervision advised.
