The Mars Rovers 2020 Hat pays tribute to the Mars rovers Curiosity and Opportunity, who are being joined in early 2021 by the Perseverance rover and its companion Ingenuity helicopter rover. We are grateful to Sarah Milkovich for drafting the Perseverance chart and we added Ingenuity, Curiosity, and Opportunity. The pattern produces an adult large hat, and you can adjust the size by going down a needle size or using finer yarns and smaller needles. Since there are long floats in the pattern, you will want to use a woven Fair Isle or ladderback jacquard technique to avoid puckering. Click here for your free download! You can’t beat the price.
